Aler Cephe Aluminum and Facade Systems (“Company”) may request certain personal data (such as name, surname, email address, mobile phone number) to fulfill its legal obligations arising from the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and related regulations, as well as to manage its processes. Your personal data will be processed in a secure environment that is not accessible to the public, based on your explicit consent and strictly within the scope and purpose specified in this KVKK Disclosure Text.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The personal data processed by Aler Cephe are used for purposes such as planning and executing commercial activities, making necessary legal notifications to authorized institutions, evaluating customer requests, providing notifications if you have given consent for commercial electronic communications, and managing request and complaint processes. These processes will be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data Published in the Official Gazette.
Your request for deletion or destruction of your data:
- If all processing conditions have ceased, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days and you will be notified.
- If processing conditions have ceased and your data has been shared with third parties, the relevant parties will be informed, and necessary actions will be taken.
- If processing conditions continue, your request will be rejected with justification, and the rejection response will be communicated within 30 days.
Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as the data owner, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of data processing,
- To know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- To request deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your data,
- To request notification of the above actions to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- To object to any adverse outcomes resulting from the automatic processing of your data,
- To request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful data processing.
